Job Description

Lead Principal Product Manager for Payments at Tessitura, overseeing payment experiences for arts and culture ecosystem. Collaboratively driving strategic evolution of Tessitura Merchant Services and ensuring secure financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Coalesces member feedback, industry experience, and market research to build a product strategy and roadmap
  • Contributes to the unified product roadmap and vision for the Tessitura platform
  • Facilitates our product development process
  • Prioritizes projects and features, ensuring that we deliver the highest value to users
  • Communicates effectively internally and externally about product strategy and roadmap
  • Conducts analysis to translate complex member workflows into clear product requirements
  • Manages and prioritizes the product backlog
  • Creates and manages KPIs for new feature adoption

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or payment technology or related experience
  • Understanding of payment processing, including compliance requirements (PCI, DSS), fraud prevention and financial reconciliation
  • Expertise in payment industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies (digital wallets, alternative payment methods, etc.)
  • Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams to deliver technical products
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in team environments
