Job Description
Principal Product Manager leading Payments team, building innovative payment solutions for arts organizations. Collaborating with engineering and product teams in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities:
- Coalesces member feedback, industry experience, and market research to build a product strategy and roadmap
- Contributes to the unified product roadmap and vision for the Tessitura platform
- Facilitates our product development process
- Prioritizes projects and features
- Communicates effectively internally and externally about product strategy
- Conducts analysis to translate complex member workflows into clear product requirements
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Understanding of payment processing, including compliance requirements (PCI, DSS)
- Expertise in payment industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies (digital wallets, alternative payment methods, etc.)
- Experience working collaboratively with engineering teams to deliver technical products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to inform product decisions
