Job Description
Procore System Administrator optimizing project workflows, integrations, training, and security for Cumming Group’s construction consultancy operations. Remote-eligible for Texas residents.
Responsibilities:
- Support global operations, maintaining primary ownership of projects within Texas operations
- Oversee and collaborate with cross-functional teams on initial setup and configuration of new projects
- Tailor Procore tools and workflows to specific project requirements
- Assist with integrating Procore with other enterprise software systems
- Provide ongoing technical support to Procore users, with primary responsibility for Texas team members
- Create and improve training programs and materials
- Conduct onboarding and continuous education training
- Create, update, and maintain user guides and standard operating procedures
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Assess Procore releases, recommend implementation strategies, and conduct testing and rollout planning
- Maintain enterprise standards for naming conventions, permissions, templates, and workflows
- Identify process improvements and reduce manual effort with administrators, project managers, site supervisors, and stakeholders
- Document and define user standards based on business needs
- Create custom reports, analyze project data, and generate leadership insights
- Monitor usage metrics and drive greater platform adoption
- Ensure platform activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
- Enforce data consistency and monitor user compliance
- Manage and audit user access and permissions
- Configure and maintain Procore settings for company-level workflows and cross-instance alignment
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Attend work during normal business hours
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Procore System Administrator, managing enterprise-level configurations and customizations, data and platform health, and user access
- Hands-on experience utilizing Procore across the full construction project lifecycle, preferably with a background as a Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Engineer, or similar delivery role
- Deep understanding of construction project processes, operational workflows, standard documentation, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system issues
- Experience managing enterprise software integrations and executing custom module configurations
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to design administrative training course structures, develop user guidance, conduct training sessions, and mentor users
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated; able to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
- Procore Certified preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
