Job Description
Product and Privacy Counsel shaping the legal foundation for AI and cloud services platform at Voltage Park. Advising on product liability, data privacy, and compliance programs in a tech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Shape the legal foundation of an AI and cloud services platform.
- Advise on product liability, intellectual property, data privacy, and security.
- Oversee compliance programs and establish internal governance processes.
- Define standards for risk and liability in an evolving regulatory environment.
- Monitor emerging laws affecting data use and machine learning.
Requirements:
- J.D. and active bar membership
- Significant experience in product liability, IP, and data compliance
- Experience preferably from a top law firm or major technology company
- Fluency in working with technical teams
- Clarity in navigating complex legal questions
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
- Experience with AI systems, cloud infrastructure, or government and regulatory work is a strong advantage.
