Job Description

Product Manager rebuilding clinical-trial discovery, screening and referral workflows. Shaping AI healthcare products that expand clinicians’ capacity at Heidi.

Responsibilities:

  • Set the strategy, outcomes and roadmap for Heidi’s clinical trials product
  • Conduct discovery with investigators, research nurses, coordinators, referring clinicians, patients, sponsor teams and CRO operators
  • Map the journey from study setup and trial awareness through matching, consent, referral, site intake, screening, enrollment and retention
  • Design explainable, reviewable and coordinator-friendly pre-screening workflows
  • Translate clinical and commercial needs into problem statements, prototypes, requirements and sequenced releases
  • Work closely with design and engineering through validation, launch and iteration
  • Partner with clinical, legal, privacy, security and quality teams to build consent, traceability, explainability, role-based access, auditability and human review into the product
  • Make integration and data decisions across EHR/EMR, CTMS, EDC, eConsent, ePRO, trial registries, identity and communications systems
  • Define and measure funnel metrics including time to match, referral completeness, site response time, pre-screening effort, screen-failure rate, enrollment conversion, retention and user trust
  • Observe screening visits and research workflows, prototype pre-screening and referral tracking, evaluate integrations, and align stakeholders on human review

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product work in regulated or clinically complex environments
  • Experience working inside clinical trials, at a sponsor, CRO, research site, health system or trial technology company
  • Ability to understand regulated clinical workflows, identify key constraints and drive measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on individual contributor who runs discovery, analyzes data, writes documentation, tests workflows and unblocks delivery independently
  • Ability to work quickly within safety, consent and data-integrity constraints
  • Passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on building, prototyping or side projects
  • Ability to translate clinical and commercial needs into problem statements, prototypes, requirements and sequenced releases
  • Understanding of clinical trials workflows, including patient identification, trial discovery, eligibility, pre-screening, referral, site intake, screening, enrollment and retention
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR, CTMS, EDC, eConsent, ePRO, trial registries, identity and communications systems
  • Ability to partner with clinical, legal, privacy, security and quality teams
  • Confidence in decision-making and openness to being wrong
