Job Description
Product Manager owning end-to-end product delivery for an AI business ecosystem. Translating customer needs into PRDs, coordinating developers, testing releases, and supporting members.
Responsibilities:
- Run 15–20 minute discovery sessions with users, clients, and stakeholders
- Analyze business requirements, customer feedback, software constraints, and UI/UX flows
- Turn raw input into concise requirements documentation
- Review requirements with leadership and gather user feedback and behavior data
- Translate approved requirements into PRDs, scopes of work, epics, and user stories
- Audit existing builds and integrations before scoping
- Help size and prioritize the backlog while advancing 2–3 feature projects at once
- Review prototypes and contribute customer-centric feature ideas
- Brief developers on approved PRDs, scopes, and visual prototypes
- Liaise between business stakeholders and the development team
- Run the project board, track blockers, and conduct sprint check-ins
- Obtain developer timelines, track milestones, and flag scope or budget changes
- Write test cases and test new features on staging before release
- Validate user experience, log bugs, retest fixes, and conduct regression checks
- Help support reproduce and escalate user-reported issues
- Maintain PRDs, user stories, release notes, feature guides, and FAQs
- Document product decisions and send weekly status updates
- Share QA summaries with leadership and document completed features for marketing
- Run member onboarding and how-to sessions
- Create guides, videos, and walkthroughs
- Answer member questions and triage issues as fixes, bugs, or feature requests
- Feed recurring questions back into the product and documentation
Requirements:
- 2+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Assistant Product Owner, or Business Analyst on a web app, SaaS, mobile, AI, or crypto product
- Proven skill gathering business requirements and writing PRDs, scopes of work, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience testing software against specs and logging issues clearly
- Strong spoken and written English
- Constructive pushback and ability to challenge ideas and offer creative input
- Comfortable with developer-oriented AI tools such as Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex to prototype and “vibe code” concepts
- AI-driven product experience highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRMs, funnel tools, or community and coaching businesses helpful
- Spanish language skills helpful
- Full-time availability, 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday, with solid overlap with AEST hours
- May occasionally require extra availability, including weekends, during launch periods
- Professional remote-work setup with clean background, good camera, good microphone, and strong Wi-Fi
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with Claude / Claude Artifacts
- Claude Code / ChatGPT Codex highly preferred
- Familiarity with Intercom
