Job Description
Legal Product Manager automating legal processes with no-code tools, JavaScript, and AI. Supporting software clients at Hopkins, a German private-person law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Help shape the future of legal advice for private individuals
- Work directly with the management team
- Optimize legal processes using proprietary software
- Create templates and automate workflows primarily with no-code tools, increasingly also with JavaScript
- Use AI tools strategically
- Develop and test prompts
- Create AI-powered solutions to increase workflow efficiency
- Support software customers and assist them in using the software
- Resolve software customers’ subject-matter and technical questions
- Clarify requirements with lawyers, legal assistants, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize the backlog
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with at least the First State Examination in Law, or a degree in business law or a comparable field
- Curiosity and openness toward technology and digitalization
- In-depth knowledge of and strong understanding of legal processes
- Exceptionally conscientious and structured approach to work
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Understanding of business contexts and commercial relationships
- Knowledge of the Pareto principle
- Willingness to acquire programming skills
- Prior knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages is an advantage but not required
