Job Description
Product Manager driving AI-native solutions for value-based care at healthcare startup Keebler Health. Leading product teams to innovate and enhance clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the product discovery, definition, and positioning for a core product line with direct business impact, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
- Own product outcomes by setting clear, measurable goals that align with Keebler Health’s strategic priorities and mission to drive value-based care.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, clinical, and AI research teams to create innovative solutions, ensuring the product experience meets clinical and business needs.
- Conduct deep user research with customers to identify key pain points, uncover opportunities, and validate concepts.
- Champion product discovery techniques to ensure each feature of this new product line is built to solve the right problems in the most effective way.
- Define and prioritize features based on a clear understanding of business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Drive continuous product improvement by analyzing user feedback, market trends, and product performance data to inform future iterations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in product management or a related role in SaaS, enterprise software, or healthcare technology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile development processes and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex workflows into user-friendly solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with healthcare technology, population health management, or value-based care.
- Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7) and healthcare compliance (HIPAA).
- Exposure to clinical or operational workflows in provider organizations or risk-bearing entities.
- Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Extraordinary sense of humor
