Job Description

Product Marketing Coordinator managing product launches and creating internal communications for Weave's marketing team. Supporting sales enablement and tracking competitor intelligence in a remote role.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Product Launch and Enablement Updates: Own the end-to-end coordination of our monthly launch and enablement process.
  • Sales & Internal Enablement Assets: Support the creation and maintenance of sales collateral.
  • Competitive Intelligence Tracking: Monitor competitor news, feature launches, and pricing changes.
  • Social Proof Creation: Help identify happy customers and coordinate the production of case studies.
  • Web & Content Audits: Regularly audit the website to ensure product descriptions are accurate.
  • Messaging Analysis & Compliance: Review and analyze recorded customer conversations to spot messaging drift.

Requirements:

  • <1 year of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or a related role (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without letting details slip through the cracks.
  • Exceptional Writing: Ability to take complex technical jargon and turn it into simple, compelling copy.
  • Curiosity: A natural desire to understand the why behind customer behavior and product decisions.
  • Communication: Strong and clear speaking and written communication skills to find alignment, drive results, and influence outcomes with multiple stakeholders across teams.
