Job Description

Product Marketing Manager driving go-to-market strategy for PDQ’s device management software. Leading competitive intelligence, analyst relations, positioning, AI workflows, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead go-to-market strategy across PDQ’s core portfolio
  • Lead customer research through interviews, surveys, and call reviews
  • Feed buyer insights into messaging, content, and sales enablement
  • Own PDQ’s competitive intelligence program end-to-end
  • Track competitors, synthesize signals, and deliver actionable insights to product, sales, and marketing
  • Develop and refine product messaging and positioning for IT professionals and key buyer personas
  • Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap prioritization
  • Build and maintain competitive battlecards, positioning matrices, and win/loss analysis frameworks
  • Monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and product announcements
  • Serve as PDQ’s primary contact for industry analyst firms
  • Manage analyst relationships and prepare executive briefings
  • Translate analyst feedback into recommendations for product positioning, roadmap, and messaging
  • Pursue opportunities for PDQ to be featured in analyst research
  • Pilot and scale AI-powered tools and workflows for competitive research, sales tools, content development, win/loss synthesis, and persona refinement
  • Create lightweight AI processes and serve as an internal resource for AI marketing best practices
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, case studies, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks
  • Conduct training sessions to equip the Sales team with knowledge and tools to win

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product marketing experience, with significant experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record building and running a competitive intelligence program, including battlecards, win/loss frameworks, and org-wide intel distribution
  • Experience managing analyst relationships and preparing executive-level briefings for Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar firms
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate PMM workflows, with judgment to know where AI helps and where humans must lead
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
  • Experience in IT management, endpoint management, or enterprise software markets is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics platforms
  • Comfort working with quantitative data to surface insights, identify patterns, and translate numbers into strategic recommendations
  • Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact product marketing strategies
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including crafting narratives for technical buyers and executive stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all organizational levels
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with detailed execution
  • Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
