Job Description
Product Owner building AI-enabled legal enterprise software for Fragomen, the global immigration services firm. Owning roadmaps, Agile delivery, and case management platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Own one or more software products end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, adoption, and iteration
- Build and manage product roadmaps balancing legal/business priorities, technical feasibility, and platform strategy
- Gather and translate requirements from legal partners, attorneys, operations teams, and clients into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering teams throughout Agile development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story refinement, and release management
- Build relationships with legal partners, firm leadership, engineers, designers, and support teams
- Drive product workflows independently and make decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and scope
- Rapidly prototype and validate ideas using AI-assisted development tools
- Stay current on AI models, tools, and software development practices
- Define and track success metrics using data and stakeholder feedback
- Support multiple concurrent software initiatives across the legal enterprise portfolio
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments
- Track record of shipping enterprise software
- Ability to gather requirements and deliver software products end-to-end, from concept to production
- Experience owning and managing product roadmaps with accountability for outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management skills across legal, business, and technical audiences
- Self-directed, independent working style with strong ownership of customer satisfaction and product workflows
- Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar
- Familiarity with the latest AI models and software trends
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MBA or equivalent advanced business degree (nice to have)
- Experience in legal technology, particularly immigration law or case management platforms (nice to have)
- Background working in or alongside law firms, legal operations, or regulated enterprise environments (nice to have)
- Authorization to work in the offered position’s location, subject to screening
