Job Description
Product Owner maximizing value in healthcare by managing product backlog and collaborating with Scrum teams. Seeking passionate individuals with experience in healthcare organizations and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
- Own, prioritize, and maintain the team's product backlog in alignment with the strategic product roadmap and company objectives.
- Translate high-level product strategy into detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master and development team to plan sprints, set clear and ambitious sprint goals, and participate actively in all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Serve as the "voice of the product," championing the product vision and goals within the Scrum team.
- Ensure the team understands the "why" behind the work they are doing, fostering a sense of purpose and ownership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Computer Science.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum principles is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs and product vision into clear, concise user stories.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
