Job Description
Product Specialist supporting donors, charities, and Charity Fund applications for a global Christian grant-making NGO. Providing product guidance, inside sales, and cross-team coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Support Foundation Fund and Charity Clients through training, product guidance and ongoing follow-up
- Engage prospective donors and charities and explain services through inside-sales activities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on product offerings and the broader global giving network
- Initiate Charity Fund applications and coordinate workflow handoffs across the team
- Build trusted relationships with donors and charities across different countries and cultures
- Work closely with the Giver Services, Philanthropy and Operations teams
- Report to the Giver Services Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- CRM experience, including sales pipeline management
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Strong phone and Zoom etiquette
- Strong customer service, organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- High Emotional Intelligence and cultural competency
- Experience working virtually or with a dispersed team
- Ability to manage confidential information and adapt to rapid change
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly
- Growth mindset, flexibility and willingness to support wider team functions
- Spiritual maturity and alignment with the organisation’s Christian mission
- Willingness to work roughly 1400–2200 EAT and more than 8 hours per day as needed during peak periods
