Job Description

Product Specialist supporting donors, charities, and Charity Fund applications for a global Christian grant-making NGO. Providing product guidance, inside sales, and cross-team coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Foundation Fund and Charity Clients through training, product guidance and ongoing follow-up
  • Engage prospective donors and charities and explain services through inside-sales activities
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on product offerings and the broader global giving network
  • Initiate Charity Fund applications and coordinate workflow handoffs across the team
  • Build trusted relationships with donors and charities across different countries and cultures
  • Work closely with the Giver Services, Philanthropy and Operations teams
  • Report to the Giver Services Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • CRM experience, including sales pipeline management
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong phone and Zoom etiquette
  • Strong customer service, organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation skills
  • High Emotional Intelligence and cultural competency
  • Experience working virtually or with a dispersed team
  • Ability to manage confidential information and adapt to rapid change
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new technology quickly
  • Growth mindset, flexibility and willingness to support wider team functions
  • Spiritual maturity and alignment with the organisation’s Christian mission
  • Willingness to work roughly 1400–2200 EAT and more than 8 hours per day as needed during peak periods
