Job Description

Product Support Specialist providing technical support for SleepRes medical devices. Assisting customers with troubleshooting, software support, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for technical product support
  • Respond promptly and professionally to product support inquiries
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support for medical devices and software applications
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to investigate and resolve product-related issues
  • Maintain accurate support tickets and documentation
  • Assist with product launches and software updates

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of technical support, product support, customer support, or help desk experience required
  • Experience supporting hardware devices, software applications, and connectivity-related troubleshooting preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based support tools
