Job Description
Engenheiro de Produção planejando e coordenando a execução de serviços em Maceió. Atuando na gestão de qualidade e produtividade das obras habitacionais e de infraestrutura, nas atividades de construção.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of construction works;
- Manage and monitor housing and infrastructure activities;
- Control the project schedule (physical progress);
- Monitor productivity of in-house and subcontracted teams;
- Perform quality control of completed works;
- Track measurements and material consumption;
- Coordinate labor, equipment and supply resources;
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements;
- Identify and resolve deviations in planning and execution;
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Experience in housing and infrastructure construction projects;
- Knowledge of construction planning and control;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Driver’s license (Category B);
