Job Description
Project Coordinator facilitating client onboarding and project execution in digital marketing agency. Supporting project planning, communication, and ensuring timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project planning, execution, communication, and delivery.
- This role acts as a bridge between clients, designers, developers, strategists, and the management team.
- Coordinate and manage the entire client onboarding process, including collecting requirements, documentation, brand assets, and account access.
- Schedule kickoff meetings and ensure all internal team members are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Introduce clients to communication channels, project workflows, and expectations.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering multiple ongoing digital marketing, design, and development projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, timelines, trackers, and task lists.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between design, development, and marketing teams.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks or delays proactively.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding scheduling, updates, and coordination.
- Communicate project requirements clearly to designers, developers, and marketing teams.
- Facilitate internal and external meetings and share meeting minutes, action items, and deliverables.
- Review client deliverables for basic accuracy, alignment with requirements, and formatting standards before sending them to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or similar roles.
- Basic understanding of design workflows (branding, UI/UX, creative assets).
- Basic familiarity with development processes (WordPress, websites, integrations) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in EST or overlapping hours when required.
