Job Description
Project Coordinator coordinating work orders, schedules, and stakeholders for New Era Technology’s US-based operations. Remote Philippine role supporting secure technology solutions and project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders
- Allocate resources, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure work order readiness
- Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for billing
- Monitor performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs
- Communicate status updates and confirm completion with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards
- Provide guidance to teams and perform other related duties as needed
- Support project delivery by managing schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders across US-based operations
Requirements:
- Project coordination or operations support experience will be an advantage
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong documentation and workflow coordination skills
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills (phone and email)
- Detail-oriented and quick learner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work in US-based hours and adapt to changing project needs
- Team-oriented with ability to support and guide others
