Job Description
Projektmanager serving as a direct interface to clients, ensuring quality and performance in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities include project evolution, documentation, and reporting to C-level.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary interface to our clients and maintain strong client relationships
- Responsible for revenue development and overall results
- Develop and implement process steps and define measures to ensure quality and performance
- Responsible for implementing contractually agreed requirements toward our clients
- Collaborate independently with our sales team
- Document project progress, outcomes, and achievement of objectives
- Report directly to C-level executives
Requirements:
- Ideally, experience in project management
- Strong communication skills and an open, personable demeanor
- Ability to work independently, creativity, and a strong drive to perform
- Willingness to travel occasionally
