Job Description

Global Learning Design and Development Project Manager at EY responsible for managing learning design and development projects globally. Ensuring quality standards and effective communication with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver learning design and development projects on time, and to quality standards
  • Develop a detailed project plan for each project, based on a standard template, identifying deliverable due dates and review cycles
  • Manage ongoing status reporting, communicate projects risks, escalating as needed
  • Obtain guidance from appropriate sources before forming conclusions on how to manage a given issue or opportunity
  • Maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders including subject matter resources, other learning stakeholders, and third-party learning vendors
  • Ensure adherence to operations and compliance processes
  • Coordinate and monitor the work of vendor project managers, designers, and developers where applicable
  • Facilitate regular project meetings
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Leverage best practices of project management from other team members
  • Initiate and ensure the effective and timely publication of learning content by content administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in managing learning design and development projects, preferably at a global level and/or to a dispersed client base
  • Demonstrable experience involving project management skills including management of vendors
  • Demonstrable experience in managing learning and development projects
  • Demonstrable experience using project management software, including Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrable experience of having built and maintained strong relationships with business customers/clients
  • A bachelor’s degree and ideally higher professional or master’s qualification in a related discipline
