Job Description
Experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst driving AML and Swift transformation for financial institutions. Responsible for project management, business analysis, and regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or support AML and Swift transformation projects, including system replacement, upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders
- Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates
- Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and technical requirements related to AML, and Swift messaging
- Translate regulatory requirements into functional and system requirements
- Support vendor evaluation and solution selection
- Define target operating models and future-state architecture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in financial services
- Hands-on experience with AML systems
- Knowledge of Swift messaging and payment processing environments
- Experience working with banks or financial institutions in the United States
- Strong communication skills and experience working with global / cross-border teams
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex regulatory-driven projects
