Job Description

Project Manager leading emerging technology and access-integration transformation projects for Baptist Health’s Florida healthcare network. Managing complex cross-functional delivery, change management, and post-live support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects directly related to emerging technologies and access integration transformation initiatives at BHSF
  • Transform the Strategic Access Transformation Roadmap to impact the consumer and patient access framework
  • Modernize, align, and elevate specialized resources, priorities, processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience
  • Manage complex projects across multiple technology and organizational domains
  • Lead projects varying in size, complexity, duration, risk factors, and spend within the Enterprise Access Strategy
  • Ensure timely completion and quality of work produced by project teams
  • Oversee change management and post-live support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • BS and 6 years equivalent experience, or 8 years equivalent experience required; MS preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience managing concurrent projects of varying complexity and scale
  • Experience focused on technology or integration project management
  • Demonstrated experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams and individual contributors, including senior leaders, stakeholders, developers, engineers, and analysts
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Aptitude for rapidly assimilating new concepts, practices, methods, and skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey technical information, decisions, and approaches to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and MS Projects preferred
