Job Description
Project Manager leading ERP, AI, and business application deployments. Bridging engineering, data science, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise systems.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of enterprise application projects from scoping and requirements gathering through design, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support
- Oversee planning, configuration, and rollout of ERP modules and integrations with internal business applications
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled delivery practices, automation tools, and machine learning models into business operations
- Work with executive leadership and cross-functional business heads to manage expectations, define KPIs, and drive organizational change for user adoption
- Identify project dependencies, technical blockers, and budget risks, and formulate countermeasures to maintain timelines and quality
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Act as a bridge between technical engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align the technical ecosystem with organizational goals
Requirements:
- 6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation, specifically managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Proven track record of managing projects that involve AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines
- Strong mastery of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks alongside traditional Waterfall project governance
- High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana)
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to translate dense technical architectures into clear, value-driven language for C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Salesforce experience or knowledge is a preferred qualification, not required
- Practical exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools is preferred
- Role is remote in Europe; location listing specifies Denmark
