Job Description
Project Manager leading ERP integrations, AI initiatives, and business application delivery. Coordinating engineering, data science, and executive stakeholders across Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end execution of enterprise application projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering through design, implementation, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support
- Oversee planning, configuration, and rollout of ERP modules and integrations with internal business applications
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to deploy AI-enabled delivery practices, automation tools, and machine learning models into business operations
- Work with executive leadership and cross-functional business heads to manage expectations, define KPIs, and drive organizational change management
- Identify project dependencies, technical blockers, and budget risks, and formulate countermeasures to maintain timelines and quality
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
Requirements:
- 6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation, specifically managing core business applications and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
- Proven track record of managing projects involving AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines
- Strong mastery of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks alongside traditional Waterfall project governance
- High proficiency with modern project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Asana
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to translate dense technical architectures into clear, value-driven language for C-suite stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Salesforce experience is a plus, not a hard requirement
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum Master (CSM) certifications are highly valued
- Hands-on implementation experience or structural knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
- Practical exposure to AI-enabled productivity tools within project delivery workflows is preferred
