Job Description
Project Manager managing Atellica Solutions implementations for Siemens Healthineers. Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring project success in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Provide project management of Atellica Solutions implementations for non-automation/automation sites
- Support highly complex customer projects, while collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
- Lead all Siemens and customer activities on IDN & multi-site implementation projects
- Coordinate conference calls and/or face to face meetings with all those involved on implementation projects
- Drive all communication on projects both internally and with customers, keeping all parties informed and drive projects to maximum efficiencies, including best install times with optimum customer satisfaction
- Provide formal presentations in front of large groups of Siemens personnel or customers
- Influence without authority, in a matrix environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years' work experience in Project Management in Healthcare setting or Laboratory
- BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred
- Working knowledge of regulatory agency requirements specific to the clinical laboratory environment is a plus
- Proven track record of managing external customer projects of various scale and complexity
- Strong complex problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical issues into non-technical terms
- Professional attitude, comfortable working in large corporate setting populated with diverse types of people, maintain pose and respect in stressful situations with assurance and confidence
- Previous experience with laboratory automation and informatics products preferred
- History of managing projects within the healthcare and laboratory diagnostic arenas preferred
- Candidate located within the Central Zone of USA are strongly preferred
- Willing to travel up to 25%
