Job Description
Project Manager leading and coordinating healthcare projects at ICON. Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while managing cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Leading cross-functional project teams to meet project objectives
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and issues
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and align with project goals
- Preparing and presenting project reports and updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable
- Willingness to travel as required (approximately 30%)
