Job Description
Project Manager overseeing renewable energy construction projects for Leeward Renewable Energy. Leading teams to manage safety, quality, and financial milestones during project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in project risk assessments and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead a cross-functional team after hand-off from Development to ensure oversight and close-out of action items
- Responsible for maintaining clear and concise communications, keeping accurate records throughout all phases of the project
- Track, manage, update, and submit internal weekly and monthly project reports
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 years of renewable energy experience
- Strong understanding of construction safety requirements
- OSHA 30-Hour qualification preferred
- Experience managing construction QA/QC programs on renewable energy projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management
- Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Understanding of and experience managing renewable energy project contracts including EPC/BOP
