Job Description
Project Manager independently managing small/medium complexity SDLC project lifecycles at RCC with full ownership and client satisfaction focus
Responsibilities:
- Independently manages the full lifecycle of small and medium-complexity SDLC projects
- Takes complete ownership of planning, execution, financial performance, and client satisfaction
- Manages 3+ full SDLC projects as sole PM
- Creates and maintains an Integrated Project Plan (IPP)
- Proactively manages RAID items with effective mitigation plans
- Manages diverse project teams across geographies
- Conducts interviews and provides hiring recommendations
- Fosters a high-performance team culture
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management or directly relevant experience
- PMP certification required
- DASM or equivalent agile certification required
- Completion of Crucial Conversations, Everything DiSC Workplace, and Situational Leadership training
- Soft skills in communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, adaptability, team building, leadership, decision making, emotional intelligence, collaboration and presentation
