Job Description
Translation internship at indayi edition, translating selected manuscripts and writing texts from home. Gain insights into translation and publishing while working independently.
Responsibilities:
- You will translate selected manuscripts.
- You will write exposés and back cover copy.
- You will support the team in finding book titles.
- You will get to know the exciting world of social media marketing.
- You will create posts for Facebook, blog entries and short YouTube videos — in “your” language.
Requirements:
- You have a passion for translating, writing and producing texts.
- You have strong written and spoken German and French skills.
- You are confident and experienced with MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Ideally, you are currently studying and have first experience in translation.
- You enjoy small, flat hierarchies and work independently and carefully.
