Job Description

Purchasing Manager overseeing procurement processes for Lagoon Park's operational supplies and services. Sourcing vendors and ensuring cost-effective practices in purchasing management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing and procurement processes for operational supplies, equipment, merchandise, and services
  • Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate vendor performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments to forecast purchasing needs and maintain adequate inventory levels
  • Monitor purchasing budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement practices
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier contracts, and reports

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
  • Experience with procurement or inventory management systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
