Job Description
QA Engineer specializing in automation and trigger workflows at Caixa Mágica. Responsible for ensuring quality and stability in integrated systems and automated processes.
Responsibilities:
- Test and validate triggers, events, and automation workflows across systems
- Create, maintain, and execute automated tests for automations and integrations
- Validate webhooks, APIs, payloads, responses, and business rules
- Identify, report, and track bugs in automations and triggers
- Ensure the quality and consistency of data processed by automations
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Automation teams
- Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
- Monitor automations in production environments and support incident resolution
- Document tests, workflows, failures, and QA best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in QA with a strong focus on automation
- Hands-on experience with triggers, events, and integrations
- Solid knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Postman, or similar)
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and payload validation
- Knowledge of automation/workflow tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n, or equivalent)
- Ability to analyze logs and identify failures in automated workflows
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD and pipeline testing (nice to have)
