Job Description
QC Engineer performing inspections and managing quality control documentation. Collaborating with inter-company teams and issuing reports to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspections of components, intermediate products, and finished products.
- Use of basic measuring equipment (3D measuring devices, height gauges, vernier calipers, scales, thermometers, pressure gauges).
- Exchange quality information with overseas inter-company companies as needed.
- Issue inspection reports to customers.
- Prepare and manage all documentation required for overall quality control.
- Manage parts ordering and coordinate delivery dates with sales.
- Maintain ISO standards and handle traceability.
Requirements:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of the use of various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, height gauges) for precision measurements.
- Basic understanding of shop mathematics.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and oral and written work instructions.
- Able to work overtime as required.
