Job Description
Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality of EHR product suite. Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering teams to validate workflows and manage defects.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and regulatory integrity of the company’s EHR product suite
- Create and execute structured test cases
- Validate complex clinical and operational workflows
- Perform end-to-end data integrity checks
- Manage the full defect lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and fellow QA staff
- Conduct compliance testing with healthcare regulatory and security standards (HIPAA, HL7)
- Prepare QA execution reports summarizing test progress, defect metrics, and coverage completeness
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience in software quality assurance with a strong background in manual functional testing
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect management
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
