Job Description

Immobilienakquisiteur/Closer/Sales-Manager at StayCapital, specializing in hotel real estate investments. Engaging in lead qualification and negotiations with property sellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identification of off-market properties (Google Maps, land registry, owner letters, etc.)
  • Cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, mail) – professional and direct
  • Lead qualification, conducting initial conversations, building trust
  • Negotiations with sellers, support through LOI / notary phase
  • Potential support with property viewings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate acquisition
  • Strong communication skills, quick thinking, and composure
  • Ability to speak with entrepreneurs and property owners and build trust
  • Structured working style, CRM affinity, and high self-motivation
