Job Description
Immobilienakquisiteur/Closer/Sales-Manager at StayCapital, specializing in hotel real estate investments. Engaging in lead qualification and negotiations with property sellers.
Responsibilities:
- Identification of off-market properties (Google Maps, land registry, owner letters, etc.)
- Cold outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, mail) – professional and direct
- Lead qualification, conducting initial conversations, building trust
- Negotiations with sellers, support through LOI / notary phase
- Potential support with property viewings
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate acquisition
- Strong communication skills, quick thinking, and composure
- Ability to speak with entrepreneurs and property owners and build trust
- Structured working style, CRM affinity, and high self-motivation
