Job Description
Associate real estate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections for Redfin, a technology-powered full-service brokerage. Flexible remote field work with no office visits required.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Serve customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field with no office visits required
- Participate in the application, video screening, and recruiter follow-up process
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Background screening required
- Independent contractor arrangement (1099)
