Job Description
Associate Agent for Redfin, a nationwide real estate brokerage, showing homes and hosting open houses. Flexible field-based work with no office visits required.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Manage your own workload
- Serve customers, especially on weekends
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Complete field events without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Successful background screening consistent with applicable law
