Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible field-based work with no office visits required.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Serve plenty of customers, especially on weekends
- Work without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Work remotely in the field with no office visits required
- Complete the application and video screening process if invited
- Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Must complete background screening consistent with applicable law
