Job Description
Redfin associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections across Florida. Flexible 1099 field work with no office visits or transaction closings.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes
- Host open houses
- Attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Get customers, especially on weekends
- Work without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Submit an application and complete a video screen if invited
- Affiliate your real estate license exclusively with Redfin
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Ability to travel within your market
- Successful background screening
- Independent contractor status (1099)
