Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible 1099 field work with no office visits or transaction-closing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Work with customers on your own schedule
- Set your own hours and control your workload
- Serve plenty of customers, especially on weekends
- Work without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Work remotely in the field without office visits
- Complete a video screen and recruiter process if minimum qualifications are met
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Must complete background screening consistent with applicable law
- Independent contractor (1099) arrangement
