Job Description
Redfin real estate associate agent showing homes, hosting open houses, and attending inspections. Flexible field-based work with customers across Florida as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections
- Work with customers on your schedule
- Work remotely in the field with no office visits required
- Receive customers, especially on weekends
- Operate without sales pressure, contracts, or closings
- Complete a video screen if minimum qualifications are met
- Respond to field-event opportunities as openings become available
Requirements:
- Real estate license in the state where you'll work
- Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin
- Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to get them
- Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association
- Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market
- Background screening required
- Independent contractor status (1099)
