Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant une conciergerie immobilière ALB sur son secteur. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop your property concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally recruit your own City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a network of City Managers and earn commissions on their activity
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Motivation and the ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a recurring income stream over the long term
