Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant lançant et développant une conciergerie immobilière ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and develop your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and grow your property concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign management agreements with property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build your own network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements:
- Independent contractor status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust
- Motivation
- Desire for autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Willingness to build a recurring long-term income
