Job Description
Regional Director of Sales overseeing Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy for stroke patients in the US. Leading sales strategies, mentoring teams, and driving market growth in collaborations for better patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the achievement of sales targets for the region
- Manage the deployment of commercial resources to effectively build and support Vivistim Paired VNS Therapy
- Lead and mentor Territory Managers and Therapy Development Specialists
- Identify and develop relationships with local KOLs
- Participate in the product life cycle process
- Develop Vivistim programs through a multi-disciplinary team approach
- Institute a dynamic, growth-oriented, and performance-based culture for the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years commercial healthcare MedTech experience
- 3 years of leadership roles in the industry
- Experience with class III medical devices in a highly clinical environment that involved building programs
- Highly analytical thinker, with ability to identify and communicate the connections between analytics and the business impact (findings, risks, recommendations)
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience with CRM database management, data entry (Salesforce, etc.)
- Well organized and able to balance numerous projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
