Job Description

Regional HR Manager coordinating HR functions and ensuring policy compliance in Home Depot's Logistics. Overseeing HR initiatives, associate relationships, and legal compliance across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR initiatives/processes are executed consistently.
  • Act as a business partner for THD Logistics group.
  • Develop a progressive role for the Logistic's HR function.
  • Establish credibility throughout the organization.
  • Communicate Home Depot's Union Free philosophy.
  • Manage and monitor the process of leadership development and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • B.S. in Business, HR Management, Psychology or the like with at least 5 years of progressive HR Generalist Experience.
  • Current and up-to-date knowledge of all laws relating to HR Management.
