Job Description
HR Manager providing operational HR guidance and coaching for people managers at Acuity Inc. Working closely with teams to facilitate talent decisions and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with people managers to make talent decisions.
- Provide coaching and support to people managers.
- Serve as the primary trusted HR Business Partner.
- Coordinate with the HR Process Operations team and hiring managers.
- Oversee and support onsite new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Oversee the delivery of key talent programs.
- Serve as a cultural champion to embody the company's values.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced English proficiency
- More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in manufacturing
- Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Outlook, SuccessFactors, HR tools
- General knowledge of employment law and policies; knowledge of talent processes
- Experience coaching people managers and determining when to escalate issues
- Strong performance management skills and the ability to guide leaders through the process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
