Job Description

Employee Relations Consultant providing guidance on employee issues for healthcare industry. Managing hotline calls and reviewing terminations within The Network under the direction of the Manager, Employee Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Employee Relations (ER) consultant services
  • Consult with HR practitioners and managers on employee issues
  • Manage ER hotline calls
  • Review involuntary terminations with HR practitioners
  • Conduct investigations for ER matters

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 3-5 years in Employee Relations Healthcare Industry experience REQUIRED
  • HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Working knowledge of current employment law and regulations
  • Employee Relations Investigations & Documentation
  • Strong Consulting, Educational and Influencing Skill
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation & Team Player
