Job Description
Regional Product Specialist in Pro Paint Channel at 3M, driving product adoption and collaboration with sales teams. Leading product penetration in the Northeast market with a strong focus on architectural paint markets.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business leaders to specialize and win with masking tape products.
- Lead penetration in the masking tape category, specifically in the architectural paint markets.
- Drive pull-through (POS) with key channel partners by gaining trial and adoption with our largest end-user painters.
- Work with territory field representatives to identify and convert end-user tapes & masking systems opportunities.
- Develop and leverage competitive landscape in masking tape markets.
- Support best practices across the US marketplace.
- Train customers and sales representatives within the US market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years of sales and/or marketing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License.
- Five (5) years of selling, marketing and/or technical service experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Skills include demonstrated hands on experience with mechanical equipment, strong oral and written communication skills and strong collaboration skills.
