Job Description

Regional Service Manager supporting Gibraltar building products at Home Depot stores. Driving merchandising excellence, retailer relationships, product training, and regional sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary field liaison between Gibraltar, retail partners, and consumers within an assigned territory
  • Execute regional business plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and operational improvements
  • Perform market research and analysis and gather customer and consumer feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits and merchandising audits
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate merchandising standards
  • Audit product placement, signage, pricing, and planogram compliance
  • Identify and report out-of-stock conditions and space erosion
  • Build relationships with store managers, department managers, merchandising supervisors, and district leadership
  • Train and coach retail teams on Gibraltar merchandising standards, product knowledge, and best practices
  • Review product category merchandising and report on maintenance of standards and expectations
  • Work with THD OSRs to educate them on Gibraltar’s portfolio
  • Assist retail teams in understanding product features and customer benefits
  • Monitor sales trends and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years related sales experience; experience with Home Depot preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Ability to analyze markets and competitive trends
  • Ability to operate with a high sense of urgency and personal initiative
  • Ability to respond to multiple deadlines while maintaining coordination and communication with colleagues and staff
  • Commitment to quality, follow-through, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 70% of the time
