Job Description
Associate Therapist providing outpatient mental health services through Brave Health’s telehealth program. Serving diverse, lifespan-spanning patients remotely with assessments and treatment planning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan
- Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Use comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
- Work with clients to achieve their goals
- Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Participate in the application review and questionnaire process as applicable
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) credential/licensure context
