Job Description
Independent contractor recording 400 Costa Rican Spanish sentences for CrowdGen’s AI speech data project. Fully remote, flexible, project-based work requiring clear, authentic pronunciation.
Responsibilities:
- Record 400 sentences in Costa Rican Spanish
- Read each sentence exactly as displayed on the screen
- Speak naturally, clearly, and at a moderate pace
- Maintain a consistent speaking volume
- Complete all recordings using the same voice and account
- Participate in a data collection project contributing to AI and speech technology
Requirements:
- Native speaker of Costa Rican Spanish
- Authentic, standard Costa Rican Spanish pronunciation
- Able to read and record sentences clearly
- Quiet environment with no background noise
- Clear speech and consistent volume
- Complete your own recordings — no voice or person substitution
- One account can only be used by one individual and one voice
- Recordings must be made without background sounds such as conversations, TV, music, traffic, car horns, birds, running water, or other noise
- Must complete setup requirements and proceed with the project application through the CrowdGen account if selected
