Job Description
Spanish female voice talent recording natural, conversational speech for Lilt’s multilingual AI and language technology projects. Providing high-quality samples and licensing voice for AI training.
Responsibilities:
- Record natural, conversational voice content for language and technology projects
- Retain natural pauses, disfluencies, and word emphasis
- Convey a friendly, empathetic, patient, intelligent, confident, engaged, trustworthy, welcoming, and approachable tone
- Follow specified recording and audio-quality requirements
- Submit voice samples and potentially complete a project test for vetting
- License voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training when applicable
- Meet fast-turnaround project deadlines
- Complete onboarding, payment-account setup, and community enrollment after selection
Requirements:
- Female voice talent with a mature-sounding voice, approximately 35–55 years old
- Native speaker of the target locale
- Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming
- Access to a professional or high-quality home recording setup
- Recording software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface, professional digital audio workstation, software, plugins, and treated space
- Quiet environment free from background noise, music, clicks, muffling, and other audio interference
- Ability to follow technical recording requirements, including volume level, file naming, format, segment gaps, and audio quality
- Ability to provide demos, sample recordings, or voiceover samples
- Comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and tight delivery deadlines
- Open to licensing voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training
- Able to produce clear, easy-to-follow speech at a consistent moderate pace with natural pauses
- Must submit an English-language resume/C.V.
- Must submit two voice-over samples in WAV or MP3 format
